Families, several generations, a circle of friends overdue a reunion — 80 square metres are meant to be used.

Four separate bedrooms, each its own retreat. Two double beds, two singles — and a sofa in the living room that, on request, becomes two more sleeping spots. We built this bungalow on purpose so nobody has to sleep on the couch unless they want to, and everyone can sit at the same breakfast table relaxed.

Three seasons

Spring, summer, autumn.

We host from late March to early November — when the Schorfheide is at its most alive. In winter the house takes a break, and so do we.

Spring

Birches bud, the heath turns green, the first cranes return. Prime time for long walks.

June – August

Summer

Swims in Lake Werbellin, dinners outside, long bright nights. Shady forests at noon, fireflies at dusk.

September – November

Autumn

Mushrooms, deer rut, crane migration. When the beeches turn gold and mist hangs over the lakes — pure Schorfheide.
